Growing notes
Thin fruit clusters if stems are overloaded and keep watering even to reduce splitting. Large beefsteaks need very strong support. Container culture is possible, but use at least a 10-gallon container and a sturdy cage/stake, in-ground culture is easier for such a large indeterminate plant. Best flavour develops when fully coloured yellow-orange with red/pink marbling inside.
